How to order home teas

Please email Petit Delice direct with your teas request INSTEAD of using the previous online teas

Please ask the away team and home players how many are attending to avoid wastage. (When requested, away team is obliged to notify you by Wednesday 8pm)

Notes:

• The food selection always includes vegetarian - no need to specify
• Full allergy information is available on a sign in the clubhouse kitchen
• Petit Delice adds the two numbers together.  The club tracks how many home/away teas are taken to aid forecasting.
• The “teas” email address automatically sends to Petit Delice with a copy to the club.

• Home teas need to be collected from Petit Delice.
• The captain of the second team playing at home (usually the 1230 home match) should find a volunteer to collect.
• Collection time is normally 1120am Saturday but can be altered by arrangement.
• Whoever collects the food will collect ALL the food for all home matches on the day.

Each team is responsible for clearing up after themselves, including:

• clearing tables used for teas
• washing any plates (or throwing away paper plates/napkins)
• stacking used sandwich trays in the kitchen (they go back to Petit Delice)
• leaving the kitchen clean and tidy.

The bar staff are not responsible for clearing up after teas.
