Notice of AGM: 14th May 2023

All members are invited and encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM)!

We need a quorum of 20% of adult members so please come along to support your club and have your say! Please let us know on Teamo that you are coming!

As last year, the bar will be open, food provided and we will have some fun hockey in the morning.

The agenda includes a report from the committee, discussion of club finances (including agreeing membership fees) and the election of committee members for next year. The draft agenda is here.

If there is anything extra that you would like to raise at the meeting, please let me know by Sunday 16^th April 2023.

The club is run by volunteers on behalf of all members. As usual, some committee members have made their contribution and are standing down. We now need new volunteers to step forward to help the club – either by taking committee positions or perhaps offering their time/skills/enthusiasm on an occasional basis. If you can help, please get in touch to talk it through. Current committee positions are on the website here.

The draft minutes of last year’s meeting are here, for approval at our AGM. Please let me know if there are any omissions or inaccuracies in the draft minutes.

Junior members and parents/guardians are welcome to attend but only adult members can vote.
