Training

All training sessions are on Teamo and any changes will be communicated on Teamo. Please press the green tick to show you are coming.

All training takes place on the astro at the club (unless otherwise stated).

Pre-Season training has started!

  • Men's Pre-season Training (M1s): Wednesdays 7:30pm - 9:30pm, Saturdays 10:00am - 12:00am
  • Men's Pre-season Training (M3/Dev): Saturdays 1:00pm - 3:00pm (mixed)
  • Ladies Pre-season Training (All teams): Tuesdays 7:00pm - 9:30pm, Saturdays 1:00pm - 3:00pm (mixed)
