Reminder: Hockey and Phoenix AGMs

Please come along to the Hockey Club AGM and/or Phoenix Club AGM - your club needs you!

• Hockey Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Sat 18th May 2024, 2pm in the clubhouse.

• Phoenix Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Mon 20th May 2024, 7:30 pm in the clubhouse.

Reminder: the deadline for responding to the  member consultation on change to the hockey Constitution  is Sunday 12th May .

• The club belongs to you - the members! (And we need lots of members for a quorum!)
• Have your say in the running of your club
• Support the current committee volunteers
• Vote for next season’s committee volunteers 
• Vote for budget and membership fees for next year
• The meeting will be as short as possible!
• Bar open and food available on Saturday
• (Junior members and parents/guardians are welcome to attend but only adult members can vote.)

• Hockey: as usual, all committee positions are up for re-election. We badly need volunteers to fill key roles, including:
• Social secretary, Communications, Umpire development, Umpire co-ordinator, Club Administration, Systems/website, Discipline Officer, Welfare Officer, Second Astro Fundraising Officer. 
• Phoenix: as usual, all committee positions are up for re-election and several are vacant and need filling.
• President, Chair, Vice Chair, Hon. Treasurer, Hon. Secretary, Bar Secretary, House Secretary, Ground Secretary, Development Secretary, Bookings Secretary.
