Although we’re nearing the end of the playing season, there’s still lot’s going on at the club during March, April and May.
👷🏻♂️Working Party - Sunday 26th Feb – thank you!
- Many thanks to the small but hard-working group of members - including some new faces - who achieved a great deal
- Lots of small maintenance and cleaning jobs were completed: patio, changing rooms, kitchen, main bar area and kit room
- Please note, the kit room is not to be used for the long-term storage. Apart from first aid equipment, all personal kit should be removed at the end of the day.
- ‘Lost property’ is in the foyer - please recover your items before they are disposed of.

🕺Dinner Dance – Ticket & Menu Choice by Monday 13th March
- It’s your last chance to buy tickets for the Annual Dinner Dance and awards on 1st April!
- A ticket includes a Prosecco reception, 3 course dinner with a DJ and dancing at the Double Tree Hilton, Manchester Airport.
- Buy your ticket on Teamo and choose your menu options here by the deadline of Monday 13th March.
🏃♂️Marshalling volunteers – Sunday AM 26th March
- We need lots more marshals for this event - our single largest club fundraiser. (More details here)

🤴Coronation event – Sunday 7th May – volunteers needed
- We’re hosting a stall at Wilmslow’s Coronation Celebration - to raise awareness of the club and recruit new members
- Could you help? We need someone to lead the preparation and others to meet and greet potential new members on the day.
💰Annual General Meeting – Sunday 14th May
- Please come along to support your committee and club – and have your say on how we can improve!
- If you can offer any support - however small - to the club during next season, you would be most welcome! Please get in touch ASAP!
- Please let us know on Teamo that you are coming - it’s important that we have a quorum to elect the next committee and agree the budget.
