(Note: the AGM was originally planned for 16th May, which now clashes with a hockey tournament. To maximise attendance we have decided to postpone the meeting until June, but will still issue AGM materials before 16th May. If anyone has any concerns about this change of plan please let us know.)
We need a quorum of at least 20% of adult members so please come along to support your club and have your say! Please let us know on Teamo that you are coming!
We will keep the meeting as short as possible!
Junior members and parents/guardians are welcome to attend but only adult members can vote.
The agenda includes a short report from the committee, update on club finances (including agreeing membership/match fees) and the election of committee members for next year.
If there is anything that you would like to raise at the meeting, please let Becca Healey (Chair) or Jim Garside (Secretary) know at least 7 days before the meeting.
The draft minutes of last year’s meeting are attached below, for approval at our AGM. Please let me know ASAP if there are any omissions or inaccuracies in the draft minutes.
The club is run by volunteers on behalf of all members. As usual, all committee positions are up for election at the AGM and some individuals will not be seeking re-election. Could you offer to take one of the positions or contribute on an occasional basis? If you might be able to help, please get in touch to talk it through ahead of the AGM.
