Notice of AGM: 18th May 2024

All members are invited and encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM)!

Saturday 18th May 2024 at 2pm in our clubhouse - bar open and food available.

Please come along - your club needs you!

We need a quorum of at least 20% of adult members so please come along to support your club and have your say! Please let us know on Teamo that you are coming!

We will keep the meeting as short as possible!

Junior members and parents/guardians are welcome to attend but only adult members can vote.

Important topics on the agenda

The agenda includes a short report from the committee, agreeing Constitution changes for compliance, update on club finances (including agreeing membership fees) and the election of committee members for next year. The draft agenda is here.

If there is anything extra that you would like to raise at the meeting, please let me know by Saturday 27th April 2024.

The draft minutes of last year’s meeting are here, for approval at our AGM. Please let me know ASAP if there are any omissions or inaccuracies in the draft minutes.

Could you help run our club?

The club is run by volunteers on behalf of all members. As usual, all committee positions are up for election at the AGM and some individuals will not be seeking re-election. Could you offer to take one of the positions or contribute on an occasional basis? If you might be able to help, please get in touch to talk it through ahead of the AGM.
